The Amazing Race is Coming to Skagit Valley!

Grab your favorite person. Round up the family. Charge your phone. Fill the gas tank.

Registration is officially OPEN for the Inspire Church Amazing Race!

On October 10, teams will set out across Skagit County for a full day of clues, challenges, ridiculous moments, friendly competition, and plenty of surprises along the way.

Think scavenger hunt meets road trip meets “what are we doing in this parking lot?”

You’ll travel throughout the area, solve clues, complete challenges, take photos, make stops at local businesses and landmarks, and work your way toward the finish line.

And no—you do not need to be an athlete.

You might need to be clever.

You might need to be brave.

You may need someone on your team who is good at puzzles.

And it probably won’t hurt to have someone who can laugh when your entire plan goes sideways.

Choose Your Race

Competitive Teams of Two adults

Grab a partner and race head-to-head against other two-person teams.

You’ll be competing for the win, so bring your best strategy, communication skills, questionable dance moves, navigation abilities—or whatever else the day throws at you.

Teams are two people.

Family Adventure Teams

Want the adventure without worrying about the clock?

Bring the family!

Family teams can include up to six people and will complete the race non-competitively. You’ll still get the clues, challenges, stops, surprises and full Amazing Race experience—just without racing against the competitive teams.

Kids under 18 participate FREE!

What Does the Day Look Like?

The adventure begins at Inspire Church in Sedro-Woolley.

From there, you’ll receive your first clue and hit the road.

Teams will make their way through communities around Skagit County—including places like Sedro-Woolley, Burlington, Mount Vernon, La Conner, Anacortes and Concrete—completing challenges and figuring out where the next clue will take them.

Some challenges will test your brain.

Some may test your coordination.

Some will probably make absolutely no sense until you’re standing there doing them.

That’s part of the fun.

And when the race is over, everyone heads back to Inspire Church for the finish-line celebration.

The Finish Line Is a Party

Finishing the race doesn’t mean the fun is over.

We’re bringing everyone back together for an afternoon celebration featuring:

Food trucks • Entertainment • Awards • 50/50 Raffle • And more

Bring friends and family to cheer on the racers, grab some food, hang out and celebrate the teams as they cross the finish line.

$50 per adult

Participants under 18 are FREE

Choose either:

Competitive Team: Two racers

Family Team: Up to six people, non-competitive

Because we believe doing good can also be ridiculously fun.

The Amazing Race is a fundraiser supporting Inspire Church missions and the work being done beyond our own walls. Your registration doesn't just buy you a day of adventure—it helps us continue serving people, building relationships and making a tangible difference.

Call the person who will definitely get way too competitive.

Convince your kids this counts as a family outing.

Start thinking of a team name.
